I can’t say enough good things about my experience. First of all, this is a family run business, and you can really see that they care about their customers and their cars. My car was hit by the hail storm that came through on April 6th. At first I was devastated. I thought that there was no way that any paintless dent repair business would be able to get out all of the big AND small dents on my car. I was skeptical, to say the least. (Luckily, I was wrong) I was even thinking about trading it in or selling it because my car was brand new and spotless before the storm and I hated to look at it in the current state that it was in. The owner, Troy, and his team got every single dent out of my car. They even went above and beyond to vacuum and wax it. I received it my car in better condition than what it was in before the storm hit. They also drove and picked me up from my residence so that I wouldn’t need to take an Uber or have a friend drop me off. They also paid my insurance deductible. They also finished everything faster than the quoted time frame that my insurance company told me to expect it to be finished. There are a lot of bad paintless dent repair businesses out there that focus on “burn and turn” and are a complete waste of your time. At Universal Auto Hail Repair, it’s about you – the customer, your car, and quality. Come here if you want great service and great quality. You won’t regret it.
